How to return an item
You must notify us within 48hrs if your parcel has been received damaged, and send us pictures of the damaged parcel and damaged items. A full replacement will then be dispatched.
If for any reason you wish to just return an item, it must be new and un-used, and returned within the 30 day period.
Please contact us to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN), then complete the returns form and include this with your return.
Your item will need to be packaged adequately inside another box or bag, with no delivery labels or markings directly on the product packaging.
The customer/buyer (you) will need to pay the full cost of the return postage, and you will be responsible for the item until it is in our possession.
Refunds are processed back to the same payment method you used. Payments can sometimes take 1-5 days before you see them, depending on your bank.
